The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities plc
(the Company) announces that Nicholas Pink will be standing down as a Director
of the Company with immediate effect.

Commenting on Nicholas Pink's decision to stand down, Eric Sanderson, the
Company's Chairman, said:

"We are sorry that Nicholas Pink has decided to stand down as a Director of
the Company for personal reasons. The Board offers its thanks to Nicholas for
his contribution to the Company during his five years of service on the Board,
through what has been a very challenging period. We wish him all the very best
