In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

 

As at 28th February 2026 the Company's share capital consists of 1,323,635,250
Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 367,472,526 Ordinary shares in
Treasury.

 

Therefore as at 28th February 2026, the total number of voting rights for
Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 956,162,724.

 

The above figure (956,162,724) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
