The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the
following dividend:

 

A fourth interim dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending
31(st) March 2023, will be paid on 31(st) March 2023 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 24(th) February 2023. The ex-dividend
date will be 23(rd) February 2023.

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact
the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.

 

The key dates relating to this dividend are given below:

 Record date                 24(th) February 2023
