The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the
following dividend:

 

A third interim dividend of 1.20 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending
31(st) March 2026, will be paid on 9(th) January 2026 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 28(th) November 2025. The ex-dividend
date will be 27(th) November 2025.

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") and the last day for DRIP election is
16(th) December 2025. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's
Registrar, Computershare.
