The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the
following dividend:

 

A fourth interim dividend of 1.40 pence per ordinary share, for the year
ending 31st March 2026, will be paid on 27th March 2026 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 13th February 2026. The ex-dividend date
will be 12th February 2026.

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") and the last day for DRIP election is 6th
March 2026. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar,
Computershare.
