JPMorgan European Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today
it has issued 100,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from treasury at 144.50 pence
per share.

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of
421,866,188 Ordinary Shares and 15,120,341 shares held in Treasury. The
Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset
value.
