Fourth Quarterly Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 28th February

The Directors have declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1 penny per
share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 28th February 2022, to
be paid on 25th February 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close
of business on 4th February 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 3rd February
2022.
