DIVIDEND DECLARATION AND DIVIDEND POLICY

Fourth Quarterly Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 28th February
2023 and statement regarding future dividend policy

 

The Directors have declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.05 pence
per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 28th February
2023, to be paid on 24th February 2023 to shareholders on the register as at
the close of business on 3rd February 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 2nd
February 2023.

 

Following three interim dividends of 1 penny each, payment of the Fourth
Quarterly Dividend will bring the total distributions for the financial year
ending 28th February 2023 to 4.05 pence (FY 2022: 4 pence).

 

The Directors intend, for the financial year ending 29th February 2024, to pay
three equal interim dividends and, as in the current year, to pay any
increment in the final distribution once the Board has clarity on the
Company's revenue account and the level of distributable reserves.
