As at 30(th) September 2022, the Company's capital consists of 219,407,952
Ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 30(th) September 2022, the total number of voting rights in
the Company is 219,407,952.

 

The above figure (219,407,952) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Global
