In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

 

As at 30th November 2025 the Company's issued share capital consists of
79,795,505 Ordinary 25 pence shares. The Company holds 34,832,288 shares in
Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 30th November 2025, the total number of voting rights for
Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 44,963,217.

 

The above figure (44,963,217) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
