The Board is pleased to announce that, in order to better reflect the Company's current investment objective and dividend policy, the Company has today changed its name to JPMorgan Japan Small Cap Growth & Income plc. The London Stock Exchange stock ticker symbol (TIDM) will also change from JPS to JSGI with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 17th December 2020. The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.
