The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the
appointment of Sally Duckworth as a non-executive Director of the Company
effective from 31(st) October 2022.

 

Ms Duckworth is an established entrepreneur, with a focus on technology and
has a background in finance and investment. She was Chief Operating and
Finance Officer (COFO) at ETA Green Power until 2020 and was previously CEO of
You at Work. Before that she was COFO of Redkite Financial Markets. She
qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

 

Sally is a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Mobeus
Income & Growth 2 VCT plc and the Chair of StorMagic Limited.

 

Ms Duckworth owns no shares in the Company.

 

In line with the Board's succession plan, Sir Stephen Gomersall will retire
from the Board at the January 2023 Annual General Meeting.
