The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to
shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 12th January
2023, a final dividend of 6.2p will be paid on 3(rd) February 2023 to
shareholders on the register at the close of business on 23rd December 2022
(ex-dividend date 22nd December 2022).  A dividend reinvestment plan is
available for shareholders.
