The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to
shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22nd January
2025, a final dividend of 6.75p will be paid on 12th February 2025 to
shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27th December 2024
(ex-dividend date 24th December 2024).

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's
registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar,
Computershare Investor Services plc.

 

The key dates relating to this dividend are given below:

 

 Ex-dividend date            24th December 2024
 Record date                 27th December 2024
 Last day for DRIP election  22nd January 2025
