DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to
shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22nd January
2026, a final dividend of 8.7p will be paid on 12th February 2026 to
shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30th December 2025
(ex-dividend date 29th December 2025).

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's
registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar,
Computershare Investor Services plc.

 

The key dates relating to this dividend are given below:

 

 Ex-dividend date            29th December 2025
 Record date                 30th December 2025
 Last day for DRIP election  22nd January 2026
