The Board of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc announces that, following a
review, the Company's investment management fee arrangements with JPMorgan
Funds Limited ('JPMF') will change.
With effect from 1st January 2023, the annual investment management fee,
currently 0.65% per annum on total assets less current liabilities, excluding
amounts held in a liquidity fund ('total assets'), up to £250 million and
0.60% on total assets over £250 million, will be charged at an annual rate as
detailed below:
• 0.65% on the first £200 million of net assets;
• 0.55% on net assets in excess of £200 million.
The fee will continue to be calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
