DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

 

Further to the publication of the circular by JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment
Trust plc (the 'Company') earlier today in relation to the proposed
combination of the Company with JPMorgan UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust
plc (the 'Transaction'), the Board announces a pre-liquidation dividend of
14.00 pence per Share which will be paid on 26 February 2024 to shareholders
on the register at the close of business on 2 February 2024. The ex-dividend
date will be 1 February 2024.

 

The pre-liquidation dividend will be paid out in cash and the dividend
reinvestment programme arrangement will not apply. It is not anticipated that
there will be any further dividends paid by the Company in relation to the
current financial period or for the period up to the liquidation of the
Company.
