The Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc is pleased to announce the
appointments of Will Rogers and Bulbul Barrett as Non-Executive Directors of
the Company with effect from 26th November 2025.

Will Rogers is a qualified corporate lawyer who brings complementary skills to
the Board with an extensive experience in the investment company sector having
worked as a corporate finance adviser and broker to many London listed
investment companies between 1993 and 2022, when he retired. He worked at S.G.
Warburg & Co. Ltd /UBS AG between 1993 and 2006 and then co-founded the
investment companies team at Cenkos Securities plc where he was a member of
the ESG and Management Committees. During his career, Mr Rogers acted as the
adviser on several mergers between investment companies and on related schemes
of reconstruction and on many other strategic corporate transactions.

He does not own any shares in the Company.

Bulbul Barrett has over 30 years' experience in Asian equities, having held
senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, HSBC, UBS and DBS.  Most recently
she served as CEO of DBS Vickers Securities UK and Head of the Equity Product
Group at DBS Bank London.

She is currently a Senior Independent Director of The Global Smaller Companies
Trust and a Non-Executive Director of the North American Income Trust.  She
also serves as an Independent Governor at Bradford College, chairing its
Finance and General Purposes Committee.  Ms Barrett has extensive experience
in investment trust governance, shareholder engagement and strategic
marketing.  She holds a BA in Modern Languages from Oriel College, Oxford
University.

She does not own any shares in the Company.

 

 

No further information is to be disclosed in respect of UKLR 6.4.8 of the
Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules for Mr Rogers or Ms Barrett.
