Fourth quarterly interim dividend

Following the approval of shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting
(AGM), the Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc is pleased to
increase the Company's enhanced quarterly dividend from 1% to 1.5% of NAV.

 

The Board announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was
475.42  pence per share as at 30th September 2025. Accordingly, in line with
the Company's revised distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a
fourth quarterly interim dividend of 7.1 pence per share for the year ending
30th September 2025 will be paid on 21st November 2025 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on  10th October 2025. The ex-dividend date
will be 9th October 2025.

 

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders. The last election
date to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan in relation to above
dividend payment is 31st October 2025.
