The Board of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is
pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Fintzen as a Non-Executive
Director of the Company with effect from 3rd October 2022.

 

Ms Fintzen is a Non-Executive Director of  the TwentyFour Income Fund Ltd and
has previously held non-executive and advisory roles at The Public Works Loan
Board (the "PWLB"), as a Commissioner (the PWLB was an entity within the UK
Debt Management Office of HM Treasury ),; as a Governor and Member of the
Finance and Audit Committees of Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College,
and as an Advisory Board Member to the Educate Global Fund,.

 

She holds a degree in Law and previously worked at Clifford Chance in London
& Hong Kong, in the Banking & Capital Markets departments, and at
Citigroup as European General Counsel for Citi Capital Advisors (formerly
Citigroup Alternative Investments)

 

Ms Fintzen does not own any shares in the Company.

 

 

No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13(2) -
(6) of the UKLA Listing Rules for Ms Fintzen.
