As previously announced in the Company's 2024 Annual Report and Financial
Statements and following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was
held today, the Company confirms that David Fletcher has retired from the
Board to be replaced by Victoria Stewart as Chair with effect from 1st May
2025. Joanne Fintzen has assumed the role of Chair of Remuneration Committee
from Victoria.

 

The Board would like to thank David Fletcher for his wise counsel and valuable
contribution to the Company during his tenure.
