Fourth Quarterly Interim Dividend

 

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 2.60
pence per share for the financial year ended 31st July 2025 will be paid on
17th October 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on
12th September 2025 (ex-dividend date 11th September 2025).

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact
the Company's Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC
