Third Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company hereby announces that a third interim dividend of 5.75p per
Ordinary share, for the financial year ending 30th June 2026, will be paid on
9th April 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6th
March 2026. The ex-dividend date is 5th March 2026.

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's
registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar,
Computershare Investors Services plc.

 

The key dates relating to this dividend are given below:

 

 Ex-dividend date             5th March 2026
 Record date                  6th March 2026
 Last date for DRIP election  17th March 2026
