JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today
it has issued a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 555.80 pence per
share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 11 March 2024.

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of
468,622,308  Ordinary Shares and 2,394,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its
block listing facility dated 11 March 2024. Furthermore, the company has a
blocklisting for 18,000,000 Ordinary Shares dated 15 April 2024.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury
would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
