Third quarterly interim dividend for the year ending 31st July 2026

 

Shareholders are reminded that under the Company's dividend policy, the
Company aims to pay equal quarterly interim dividends, targeting a 4 per cent.
yield on the NAV per annum, calculated on the basis of 4 per cent. of NAV as
at 31st July each year, being the end of the preceding financial year of the
Company.

 

The Board of JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc announces that the
Company's unaudited cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 362.58 pence per
share as at 31st July 2025 (2024: 376.24 pence per share). Accordingly, in
line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that
a third quarterly interim dividend of 3.63 pence per share for the year ending
31st July 2026 (3.76 pence per share for the year ended 31st July 2025) will
be paid on 1st April 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of
business on 20th February 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 19th February
2026.

 

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'), which is managed by the Company's
registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar,
Computershare Investor Services PLC. The last election date to participate in
the DRIP in relation to the above dividend payment is 11th March 2026.
