** NYSE-American-listed shares of mobile communication
services provider  KLR.A  slump 20% to $4.15 
    ** NYSE-listed shares  KLR.N  drop 15% to $4.28, among top
losers on the exchange
    ** KLR prices offering of 7.78 mln common shares at
$4.50/shr, which represents a discount of 14% to stock's last
close
    ** Says underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to
purchase up to 1.17 mln additional shares at the offering price
