Appointment of Joint Administrators

Kanabo Group plc announces that Damian Webb and Stephanie Sutton of RSM UK
Restructuring Advisory LLP have been appointed as joint administrators of the
Company with effect from today.

The Joint Administrators, working alongside the Board, will now assess a range
of strategic options aimed at returning the Company to financial stability,
with the intention of enabling the lifting of the current suspension and the
subsequent restoration of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the
London Stock Exchange.
