Grant of Options
Kanabo Group Plc (LSE:KNB), the patient focused healthcare technology and
medicinal cannabis company, announces that on 19 June 2023 it granted options
over a total of 25,050,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") to
certain employees, pursuant to their terms of employment (the "Awards").
The Awards were granted were granted to certain persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR") and other employees, and are summarised below:

David Tsur 2,000,000 - 2.88p The options shall vest and become exercisable in twelve equal portions which
shall vest over a 3-year period from the Vesting Start Date.
Deputy Chair
Ian Mattioli 3,000,000 - 2.88p The options shall vest and become exercisable in four equal portions which
shall vest over a 2-year period from the Vesting Start Date
Chair
Sharon Malka 2,025000 - 2.88p The options shall vest and become exercisable in four equal portions which
shall vest over a 2-year period from the Vesting Start Date.
Non-Executive Director
Assaf Vardimon 2,500,000 - 2.88p The options shall vest and become exercisable in twelve equal portions which
shall vest over a 3-year period from the Vesting Start Date.
CFO
Suleman Sacranie 11,000,000 5,500,004 2.88p The options shall vest and become exercisable in twelve equal portions which
shall vest over a 3-year period from the Vesting Start Date.
CPO/CTO *
Other Employees 2,500,000 - 2.88p The options shall vest over a 3-year period. 33% vest at the end of the
12-month period following the Vesting Start Date. The remaining options vest
over 8 equal 3-month periods thereafter.
Other Employees 2,025,000 - 2.88p The options shall vest and become exercisable in twelve equal portions which
shall vest over a 3-year period from the Vesting Start Date.
* Mr. Sacranie has agreed to surrender 5,829,400 Options granted on 31 August
2022 which carry exercise price of 6.5p and 8p.
