Retirement of Director

 

Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy focused
development company, announces that Andreas Lianos has informed the Company
that he will be retiring as a Director of the Company with immediate effect,
due to personal circumstances.
