("Bilby" or the "Company") 
Director/PDMR Shareholding 
The Company was notified on 12 May 2021 that Mr. Clive Lovett, Finance Director of Bilby, made a number of direct share sales and purchases of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to migrate part of his current shareholding into his own ISA and SIPP, and part of his Spouse's shareholding into her own ISA and SIPP.
Mr. Lovett sold 102,831 Ordinary Shares directly held, following which 57,000 were repurchased by his SIPP, and 45,831 were repurchased by his ISA. Mr. Lovett's spouse and PCA sold 109,840 Ordinary Shares directly held, following which 62,000 were repurchased by her SIPP, and 47,840 were repurchased by her ISA. 
Following the dealing, the net holding of Mr. Lovett and his PCAs remains unchanged, at 454,545 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.74 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
