External Audit Tender Process

Further to the Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") announcement made on
29 August 2024, the Company provides the following update in relation to
Resolution 3 (re-appointment of the external auditors) which, due to the vote
of a significant shareholder, was not passed.

The Audit Committee has started to undertake a tender process and the Company
will inform shareholders when a new auditor has been appointed.

As a result of the vote, Kinovo has notified the Secretary of State for
Business and Trade pursuant to section 490 of the Companies Act 2006.

In the meantime, Moore Kingston Smith LLP, who has been the Group's auditor
for 8 years, will conclude the closing out and signing off process of the
Group's subsidiary company accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024.
