    ** Co posts FY profit before tax of 4.4 mln pounds ($5.7
mln), up 58% from last year
    ** Co continues to "reap the rewards of our
strategic repositioning, focusing on three key areas of
specialism: Regulation, Regeneration and Renewables" - CEO David
Bullen
    ** If gains hold, stock set to post biggest one-day gain in
almost two months
    ** As of last close, stock up 29.2% YTD
