* Proposed acquisition of land use right and properties on
land by a subsidiary
* Unit entered into a memorandum of understanding ("MoU")
with Dong Tam Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company
* Deal in relation to proposed acquisition of land use right
and properties on land at Vietnam
* Aggregate purchase consideration for proposed acquisition
is VND49.83 billion
* Purchase consideration will be funded by bank borrowings
and company's internal resources
* Proposed transaction not expected to have any material
impact on net tangible assets per share for current financial
year ending 30 June 2017
* Group is proposing to acquire land use right and
properties on land to set up dedicated production lines
