Prague's PX index highest since 2008, Moneta jumps after extraordinary dividend

PRAGUE, Oct 18 (Reuters) - The Prague Stock Exchange's
main PX index  .PX  hit its highest level since mid-2008 on
Friday, following other bourses in Europe that have reached new
peaks.
    Shares were led higher by Czech lender MONETA Money Bank
 MONET.PR , which rose around 2.5% and hit an all-time high
after management proposed paying an extraordinary dividend.
