    * Gives update on plan to merge with Kredyt Inkaso SA 
 KRIP.WA  and Gamex Sp. z o.o. 
    * Plan now to first merge with three of its units: Gamex Sp. 
z o.o. , Actinium Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. and Gamex Inwestycje Sp. 
z o.o. 
    * After merger with Actinium Inwestycje, Gamex Inwestycje, 
Gamex, will become majority shareholder of Kredyt Inkaso 
    * After becoming majority shareholder of Kredyt Inkaso, aims 
to merge with Kredyt Inkaso 
    * Initially, started talks to merge with Kredyt Inkaso in
