    * On Sept. 2 it signed, via Haitong Bank, deal to acquire 
AGIO RB FIZ's all shares owned in Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA  
    * After acquisition of AGIO RB FIZ shares owned in Kredyt 
Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA , will not pass threshold of 5 percent in 
Kredyt Inkaso
