Sept 29(Reuters) - Best SA  BSTP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it signed agreement to start 
negotiations on takeover of Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA  and Gamex 
Sp. z o.o. 
    * Merger will be subject to regulators approvals 
    * Currently owns directly and indirectly through 
wholly-owned Gamex, a 32.99 percent stake in Kredyt Inkaso
