Sept 10 (Reuters) - Best SA  BSTP.WA : 
    * Signs deal with AGIO RB BIZ for purchase of 100 percent of 
Gamex Sp. z o.o., for 152.3 million zlotys ($40.5 million) 
    * Signing definitive agreement is condition on closing 
capital increase process in Gamex by AGIO RB FIZ 
    * AGIO RB FIZ subscribed for all new shares in Gamex as swap 
for 3,807,218 Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA  shares, or 29.43 
percent stake 
    * Definitive agreement of purchase of 100 percent of Gamex 
shall be signed by Oct. 2
