    * Closes negotiations for merger with Best SA  BSTP.WA  and 
Gamex Sp. z o.o. and terminates cooperation agreement with best 
    * Says did not reach the consensus with Best in terms of 
agreeing on detailed merger conditions, in particular on the 
parity of exchanging Kredyt Inkaso's shares for the Best's 
shares 
    * Parties informed about start of negotiations in Sept. 2015
