Dec 22(Reuters) - Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it issued and allotted 40,000 series Y 
bonds at price of 1,000 zlotys ($257) per share 
    * Issue is aimed at obtaining funds for refinancing of debt, 
bonds issued by Kredyt Inkaso I NSFIZ and for purchase of
