April 28 (Reuters) - Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA : 
    * Resolved on Monday to issue series X bonds to refinance 
its debt 
    * It issued 69,000 bonds of a nominal and issue price of 
1,000 zlotys ($270) each 
    * The bonds bear an interest rate of WIBOR6M plus 3.6 margin 
per annum  
    * They have maturity period of 3.5 years
