Brief: Kredyt Inkaso to issue 20,000 series A2 bonds

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that it will issue 20,000 series A2 
ordinary bearer bonds of total nominal value of 20 million 
zlotys ($5.04 million) 
    * The interest rate of bonds is variable and is the sum of 
WIBOR 6M plus interest margin of 370 points base 
    * Maximum maturity of bonds is Oct. 7, 2019 
    * Interest on the bonds will be paid semi-annually
