Brief: Kredyt Inkaso to issue C1 series bonds

March 21 (Reuters) - Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it has decided to issue up to 150,000 
C1 series bonds of total nominal value of up to 150.0 million 
zlotys ($37.87 million)  
    * The maturity date is up to March 29, 2020 
    * The company to use proceeds from the issue for general 
corporate activity, in particular for direct and indirect 
purchase of debt portfolios and bond refinancing
