Brief: Kredyt Inkaso to raise 100 mln zlotys in series A1 bonds issue

Sept 29 (Reuters) - Kredyt Inkaso SA  KRIP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that it plans to issue 100,000 series A1 
bonds of the total nominal value of 100 million zlotys with 
maturity of 3 years 
    * The bonds will bear interest based on WIBOR 6M plus margin 
of 370 base points  
    * Said plans to allocate the proceeds from bonds issue for 
purchases of liabilities portfolios
