    * The Netherlands-based WPEF VI Holding V BV acquired 
7,911,380 shares of Kredyt Inkaso in the tender, said WPEF VI 
Holding's representative in a statement on Wednesday 
    * The shares represent 61.16 pct stake in Kredyt Inkaso 
    * WPEF VI Holding V BV, unit of Waterland Private Equity 
Investments BV, announced tender on July 26 for 8,538,095 shares 
(66 pct stake) in Kredyt Inkaso
