solicitation agent with respect to proposed consent solicitation 
    * Standard Chartered bank also extended currency swaps to 
company with respect to 2017 notes following completion of 
issuance of notes 
    * Standard Chartered bank in constructive discussions with 
co to restructure terms of currency swaps or finance and address 
exposure under currency swaps
