    * Refers to announcement dated 17 november 2016 regarding 
consent solicitation exercise in relation to 2017 notes and 2018 
notes 
    * Is hereby extending earlybird consent expiration date to 
5.00 p.m. (singapore time) on friday, 2 December 2016 
    * As of 29 november 2016 quorum requirements of trust deed 
have been met in respect of 2017 notes 
    * As of 29 November 2016 quorum requirements of trust deed 
have been met in respect of 2018 notes
