June 17(Reuters) - Investmentaktiengesellschaft fuer 
langfristige Investoren TGV: 
    * Investmentgesellschaft fuer langfristige Investoren said 
on Thursday it announced voluntary takeover offer for 
shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG 
    * Bidder said that by agreement dated that day (Thursday), 
it bought 1,860,007 shares in KROMI Logistik (45.09 pct of share 
capital and voting rights) for 12.00 euros ($13.50)per share 
    * Bidder intends to offer this price of 12.00 euros per 
share also to remaining shareholders
