    * Said on Thursday Investmentaktiengesellschaft fuer 
langfristige Investoren TGV increases stake in KROMI Logistik to 
63.34 pct and announces voluntary takeover offer to KROMI 
shareholders 
    * Said premium of 22.45 pct above closing price of KROMI 
share on June 15 or 23.33 pct on basis of volume-weighted 
average price for last three months before announcement of the 
transaction 
    * Said members of managing board with a total of 9.46 pct
