Board Change
KSK Power Ventur plc ("the Company"), the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, announces that it has received notification that as a result of his other commitments Mr. Guy Lafferty has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company together with all committees with immediate effect. 
The Company is considering further addition with relevant expertise and experience in the energy sector to the Company's Board, subject to the usual regulatory searches and further details will be announced upon finalisation. Also, a suitable process will be pursued for the recruitment of an additional independent non-executive director and a further announcement will be made in this respect in due course.
Commenting on the announcement, Chairman, T L Sankar said: "Guy has been a valuable member of the Board and we would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company during the association. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
